Hamilton Halton Brant was seeking to engage and support operators, in order to increase their resilience during a challenging time in the industry.
THE PROCESS
BC Hughes worked with Hamilton Halton Brant to implement the Building Back Better program, a mentorship and 3 phase workshop series designed to provide operators with inspiration, idea generation and problem solving opportunities to support new experience development and refinement of existing experiences.
THE OUTCOME
BC Hughes worked one on one and in group learning settings to support operators in bringing their experience development ideas to life. Those with a solid understanding of the experience development process explored opportunities through one on one mentorship. Others received a better understanding of experience development through workshop participation, were encourage to think outside the box and tackled challenges with peer input and mentoring.
